Team Spotlight: Life in Munich with XTRD
Munich wakes up early. Joggers are already on the Isar trails, the first cyclists glide past, and in the Englischer Garten, the grass is still wet with morning dew. That’s Munich — a city that moves, even before the coffee kicks in.

This is one of our favorite training spots. The Isar isn’t just a river — it’s a track, a trail, and sometimes a meditation space. Our team often tests XTRD gear here, because if it works through Munich’s unpredictable weather, it’ll work anywhere.

The Englischer Garten, Alive
Weekends in the Englischer Garten are pure chaos — the best kind. Football matches spring up on the grass, yogis stretch under the trees, and yes, surfers ride the Eisbach wave in the middle of the city.
That mix of energy and unpredictability inspires XTRD design. Movement in Munich isn’t confined to gyms or stadiums; it’s woven into the city itself.
Where Tradition Meets Motion

What makes Munich special is balance. One moment you’re weaving through bike lanes, the next you’re in a beer garden surrounded by tradition. It’s a reminder that activewear isn’t just for training — it’s for living.
That’s why our team here keeps experimenting: designing pieces that can handle a run along the Isar, but also look right when you grab a coffee in Schwabing afterwards.
Final Word
Munich is home — but it’s also our training ground—a place that never stops moving, and one that keeps us pushing for more.
